Your monthly retail credit ($40 for the BASE Membership and $20 for the Teen Membership) acts like a digital savings account. If you don't use your credit for one month, it automatically rolls over and stacks as long as your membership remains active. You can save up your credits over several months to heavily discount or completely pay for premium fashion apparel or skincare products in our boutique.
Yes! We know life gets busy. If you can't make it in for your monthly facial, your service credit rolls over. You can bank up to 3 unused facials on your account at any given time.
Milestone facials can be customized with a choice of specialized enhancements, including Dermaplaning, LED Light Therapy, or an Instant Flash treatment. Members can select up to two enhancements during each six-month period.
Your milestone reward is designed to elevate that specific milestone treatment and must be redeemed during that appointment. It cannot be banked, accumulated, or rolled over to a future date.
While you are welcome to gift your banked facial credits to a friend or family member, milestone enhancements are a special loyalty perk exclusively for the active account holder and cannot be transferred.
While the membership itself and your bankable retail credits are exclusive to you, you are always welcome to gift an unused, banked facial to a friend or family member so they can experience the BASE glow.
Yes, all memberships require a minimum 6-month initial commitment. True skin transformation requires consistency, and this allows our expert aestheticians enough time to establish a routine and deliver visible, lasting results to your skin.
Because unused services roll over each month, memberships cannot be frozen or paused.
After your initial 6-month commitment is complete, your membership will continue on a flexible month-to-month basis. You can cancel your membership at any time by providing a standard 30-day notice. Please note that upon cancellation, any accrued but unused bankable retail credits and facial vouchers will be forfeited, so we highly encourage you to treat yourself to a boutique purchase or gift your facials before closing your account.
