What happens in a first facial
Every BASE facial works as a personalized roadmap for your skin. For a first facial, your aesthetician walks your teen through each step, explains what their skin needs, and sends them home knowing how to keep up a consistent routine. It is relaxed, unhurried, and meant to build confidence.
Before the appointment: plan to arrive 15 minutes early, avoid too much sun for 24–48 hours beforehand, and stop using retinol products 3–5 days before certain facial treatments. We'll send specific preparation instructions when you book.

Acne-prone and sensitive skin
All three teen facials focus on breakouts and congestion. The Teen Express calms active breakouts, the Teen Clean is a full deep clean and reset, and Teen Advanced Resurfacing (HydraFacial or Clarifying Peel) goes further to clear congestion.
If your teen has sensitive skin, allergies, or uses any prescription skincare or acne medication, please tell us when you book and remind the aesthetician at the start of the appointment. How much does a teen facial cost?
Teen facials at BASE are $75 for the 30-minute BASE Teen Express, $125 for the 50-minute BASE Teen Clean, and $175 for the 50-minute Teen Advanced Resurfacing (HydraFacial or Clarifying Peel). New to BASE? Our $25 off your first visit offer applies to teen facials.
Is there a minimum age for teen facials?
No. There is no minimum age for teen facials at BASE, so younger clients are welcome to book their first facial.
Which facial should my teen book first?
For a quick introduction, or to calm active breakouts, the 30-minute BASE Teen Express ($75) is a good place to start. For a complete deep clean and reset, choose the 50-minute BASE Teen Clean ($125). If you're not sure, call us at (770) 430-3092 and we'll help you choose.
