CastleFlexx is a patented mobility tool designed for controlled full body stretching and improved range of motion.
It helps you target common tight areas like the calves, hamstrings, hips, and lower back - For lower body your foot is cradled in our foot hammock which allows your toes to pull back evenly activating your posterior chain.
The foot hammock promotes even foot positioning and enables deep stretches without the constant pulling and grip strain many people experience with straps.
